Mumbai: University of Mumbai has not declared the results of first semester exams of third year engineering students though the exams were held on December 29 last year. The university has received several complaints from students because it already started distributing second semester forms.

Vilas Shinde, controller of examinations, said, “We are trying our best to announce the results by April 10.” Students and professors also

complained that the credit system introduced to evaluate the answer sheets faster is slow. The university had declared the October 2010

engineering results within 12 days of the examinations.
